The Studio

 It is available for private hire by appointment.

Aimed at the photographer who requires a flexible well equipped studio space at reasonable cost.  It is equipped with Strobe, Elinchrom and Bowens flash heads available with soft boxes (Recta and 70 cm Square) 26cm reflectors, honeycombs, barn doors, umbrellas, snoot, colour filters and diffusion filters. A large range of tungsten units are available for continuous light video and digital work.

 A studio camera stand and various back drops are also provided. Chairs, stools and props are available. Feel free to discuss any special settings which you require, we are keen to help. Drapes and silks for classical nudes are also to hand. There is a separate room for make up and hair styling. 

Most photographers will wish to use their own cameras but for those who do not, a range of equipment is available.  35mm Nikon film and D100 digital cameras are available. Medium format Hasselblad systems for film or Sinar digital  back are available.  Assistance can be given to less experienced photographers with setting up and using equipment.

The Models

 New models as well as established ones are always welcome to join the register free of charge. 
All models have a set of images placed on the web site to assist photographers in their selection. 
Sessions are for a minimum of two hours unless a model is already at the studio when they will accept additional bookings from 1 hour. Rates vary for models dependent on experience, requirements and extra photographers. The model's details indicate which types of photography they will undertake, and whether or not they will do video work.
Fees are payable to the models in cash at the end of the session, and may not be inclusive of a release.
Studio time is charged at £30.00 per hour £50 for 2 hours reducing to £90 for 4 hours and can be booked between 10.00am and 10.00pm. 
 Photographers who have their own models available are also welcome to book the studio space. Identification is required for all models and chaperones are required for those under 18
